At Oartisan, we are committed to delivering high-quality imitation jewellery in a timely and secure manner. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 


 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

 


 

Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier service efficiency, and external factors.

While Oartisan ensures timely dispatch from our end, delivery timelines are also dependent on the courier partner and external factors. Courier partners are responsible for transportation and delivery within their operational timelines.

We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

 


 

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.

Oartisan shall not be held responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed deliveries due to wrong contact details

  • Orders returned due to customer unavailability

Any re-shipping costs arising from incorrect information may be charged to the customer.

 


 

Risk & Responsibility After Dispatch

Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, the responsibility for delivery lies with the courier service. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon dispatch.

Customers are advised to track their shipment using the tracking details provided.

 


 

Failed Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Incorrect shipping details

The shipment may be returned to us (RTO).

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) eligibility may be revoked for future orders.

 


 

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, customers must:

  • Refuse the delivery immediately, and

  • Record a clear video of the issue at the time of delivery.

Failure to do so may affect eligibility for exchange under our policy.

 


 

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

Any additional charges such as customs duties, taxes, or handling fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
