Refund policy

This policy applies to both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

If a COD order is refused at the time of delivery, the customer will not be eligible to place future COD orders with us.


🔄 Exchange & Refund Policy

Exchange or return is permitted under the conditions outlined below:

  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Product received in defective or damaged condition
  • Any other reason (including change of mind or personal preference)

An unboxing video is mandatory to request an exchange or return. The video must clearly show the package being opened from the beginning, without any cuts or edits.

Approval of exchange or return will be strictly based on the submitted unboxing video. The final decision will remain at our sole discretion after reviewing the video evidence.


🚚 Return & Shipping Charges Policy

  • If the return is due to seller error (wrong or defective product), the return shipping cost will be borne by us.
  • In all other cases (including change of mind, preference, or any non-defective reason), the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
  • In case the return is not due to seller error, reverse shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

📩 How to Request an Exchange / Return

To request an exchange or return, please email us at help@oartisian.in.

The request must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.

Your email must include:

  • Order Number
  • A clear and unedited unboxing video of the product
  • A detailed description of the issue or reason

Submission of an unboxing video is mandatory. Photo submissions will not be accepted.

Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.


📦 Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused
  • The product must be in its original packaging

After verification, if the request is approved:

  • The product will be replaced with the same design, subject to availability
  • If replacement is not available, a refund will be processed

Refunds will be issued only after successful inspection of the returned product.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Minor differences in color or design due to lighting or screen variations are not considered defects.
  • Returns without proper proof (unboxing video) will not be accepted.

⚖️ Legal Compliance (India)

  • All transactions are subject to applicable laws of India.
  • GST (Goods and Services Tax) is charged as per prevailing government regulations.
  • Any refund issued will be processed in accordance with applicable GST rules, and the GST component will be adjusted as per law.
  • The seller reserves the right to reject any return or refund request that does not comply with this policy.
  • In case of disputes, jurisdiction shall be subject to courts located in Ahmadabad, India.
